Dark City IFO Staking Guide
Tomorrow marks the launch of .COM staking and the first IFO where .COM holders will be able to farm DRK tokens - the native token of Dark.City, an upcoming MMORPG on the Bitcoin network.
Today we are pleased to reveal more details on the IFO and a guide on how to stake your .COM tokens.
IFO Details
A total of 210,000 DRK tokens are available to be farmed by .COM stakers. This means that if everyone stakes from the beginning for the entire time of the IFO, each person would farm 1 DRK token for every 100 .COM tokens they hold.
The total time for the IFO will be a 4 week farming period. This means that the expected APR for .COM token holders if all holders stake for the full period and based on the current .COM price of $0.6 and the current DRK price (based on MINER conversion price) of $5 would be around 100%.
Staking Guide
To access the Staking for the Dark City IFO you will need to go to https://staking.brc20.com
On the staking page, you will see the pool for the DRK IFO
Click on this pool and it will open a box on the right hand side for you to stake your tokens.
The amount to stake will be the full amount that is in your wallet. Please check that the amount in your wallet matches the amount in the ‘input’ box (you cannot select the amount of tokens to stake, it will automatically stake your full balance, however if you increase/decrease your balance via transfers the staking will automatically be updated to reflect these changes).
Once you are happy everything matches click on the ‘stake’ button- this will produce a gasless signature for you to sign in your wallet. Please confirm this transaction in your wallet to stake your tokens.
You are free to unstake your tokens at any time. Should you wish to do so at any point, click on the ‘unstake’ button and then sign the transaction in your wallet. Again this is a no fee transaction.
On the earnings tab you can see the DRK tokens you have accrued.
Once the IFO has been completed- you will then be invited to claim your rewards. To do this simply click on the claim button.
